Our philosophy at the State Academy of Real Estate is to mentor the student and have them leave with not only the tools to pass the state exam, but to feel confident when they are placed with their first clients. We strive to make every effort to have the new agent feel well informed before entering the marketplace for the first time.

Our school is approved and licensed with the State of Connecticut and offers classes for new agents, agents looking to further their careers and continuing education, as well. We offer flexible scheduling; you can choose day or evening classes and they can be taken on a revolving basis. We truly have you in mind and try to accommodate you any way we can.
